CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected].
• No refunds will be issued for requests made after 1 October 2026.
• Refund requests submitted before 1 October 2026 for Early Bird purchases are subject to a 50% administrative fee.
• Refund requests submitted before 1 October 2026 for all other pricing options will incur a cancellation fee of $350.
• No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee.

Dietary requirements requested after 1 October 2026 may not be possible and will incur an additional charge from the venue. If you wish to change your dietary requirements, please email the changes to [email protected].
